The agreement between you and Doksli. Plain enough to read in one sitting, which is the point.

Accepting these terms
By using Doksli you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Your account
An account is required to post, comment, or vote. Give a working email address, keep your password to yourself, and do not share an account between people.
We will never ask for a seed phrase, a private key, or access to a wallet, and any message claiming otherwise is not from us.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time, and you can remove your own posts and comments from the user area.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. To run the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store your content, reproduce it, and display it to other people.
That licence is not boilerplate. The archive promises that a file submitted today still loads in several years, and that promise cannot be made without permission to keep serving the file. The licence ends when you delete your content, except for copies already inside backups and except for the record that something was once published.
You are responsible for what you post. Only upload material you have the right to share.
What you may not post
These are the limits, and they are enforced.
- Anything unlawful where you are or where we operate.
- Sexual content involving minors. This is reported and the account is removed permanently.
- Other people’s private data: addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, medical or financial details, or anything obtained by breaking into an account.
- Harassment, or a coordinated pile-on aimed at a person rather than a claim.
- Material you do not have the right to share, including undisclosed reposts of things already circulating.
- Spam, scams, unauthorised promotion, and attempts to break, overload, or scrape the service.
Moderation
Moderators can hide or remove a post, hide or remove a comment, resolve a report, and suspend an account. Every action is written to a log with the moderator, the time, and the reason.
Removal is recorded rather than silent: the item stops being shown and the record stays, marked as removed.
Holding $DOKSLI grants no say over moderation. It is not a governance token and it buys no privilege here.
The archive, and what verification means
Archived items are kept as they were submitted and credited to the handle that submitted them.
Verification states are assigned by people, never by software. A state is a moderator putting their handle to a judgement at a point in time. It is not a court ruling, not a legal finding, and not a guarantee that the material is accurate or current.
Third parties
We link to services we do not control: pump.fun, Solana explorers, and whatever else appears on the token page. Their terms apply to them, not ours, and we are not affiliated with them.
We do not operate the market for $DOKSLI and cannot influence its price.
Warranty and liability
Doksli is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular file will always be available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data or lost profit. Nothing here limits a right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially we will say so on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use Doksli after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes arising from them are subject to the courts there.
