Tung Tung Tung Sahur
Tung Tung Tung Sahur is an AI-generated fictional character created with DALL·E by Indonesian TikTok creator Fernanda Bagas Indrastata (@noxaasht), first uploaded on 28 February 2025, the day before Ramadan began. Its form is an anthropomorphic kentongan — the traditional timekeeping instrument used to wake people for sahur — with legs, large eyes and a wooden club in hand. This file is the original image, not a crop or a re-upload. The character spread through Indonesia's "AI Anomaly" trend, then rode the wave known abroad as "Italian brainrot", and outlasted that trend by a wide margin.
Noxa asked DALL·E to draw "a sahur club with a face and legs", then tried prompts like "a kentongan guard post" and "a patrol club with a single human leg", before choosing the image he uploaded. His TikTok video's Indonesian voice-over calls the creature an anomaly that appears only at sahur: call "sahur" three times with no answer and it comes to your house. Its sound imitates a kentongan strike — "tung, tung, tung". People also call it Triple T or T³. It has appeared in the Roblox game Steal a Brainrot and in Fortnite.
